Sony Xperia XZ now available in market in India at Rs 49,990

On Thursday Sony unveiled the latest from its house Sony Xperia XZ in an event in Udaipur and the phone is now available for sale at Rs 49,990. It is a high budget smartphone for which the pre-bookings opened from 1st October onwards via Amazon.in and also through retail stores across the country. From 11th October the phone will be available in India for sale with a MRP of Rs 51,990 with best buy price of Rs 49,990. The pre-booked customers get a free Sony SWR30 SmartBand worth Rs 8,990 along with the smartphone.

Feature Highlights of phone

• It is powered by Quad Core Snapdragon 820 processor that enhances the phone performance and operation smooth. It runs on Android Marshmallow OS.

• The Sony phone packs a 23-megapixel rear camera with 6 element f/2.0 Sony G Lens along with Exmor RS Sensor and “Bionz for mobile” image processor. It has a front camera of 13-megapixel with Exmor RS Sensor.

• It comes with an inbuilt memory of 3GB RAM along with an internal memory of 64GB ROM.

• It sports a 5.2 inch display screen with full HD display and is well protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4.

The phone boasts of a three rear camera sensors and is massive of Sony to include such bold camera features. It includes CMOS sensor that tracks movement of objects in frame with reduced blurriness, RGBC-IR sensor that gives accurate colour and autofocus sensor which locks the focus in an appropriate way on objects even in low light. The camera also offers great shutter speed and manual focusing. The phone is certified with IP68 certification making it dust and water resistant.
