Samsung launched its Samsung Galaxy A8 with fingerprint scanner at Rs. 39,000

Samsung is the biggest player in the world of smart phones and has launched number of phones within short time interval. With this Samsung has finally launched its much awaited Galaxy A8 in South Korea at a price of KRW 649,000 (Approx Rs 39,000). The classy and trendy metallic body phone is available via SK Telecom and from October 1st onwards the pre-orders will start. Samsung has not yet released any information about its launch in any other country.

Features of the Samsung Galaxy A8:

• It is powered by Android Marshmallow along with the integration of new Grace UX and runs on the superior Octa Core Exynos 7420 processor. The processor has 2.1 Ghz Cortex A57 core and also 1.5GHz Cortex A-53 cores.

• It is packed with inbuilt memory of 3GB RAM along with an internal memory of 32GB ROM in one variant and of 64GB ROM in another variant. The memory can be further expanded by up to 256GB ROM in microSD card.

• It sports a 5.7 inch fully HD display screen with AMOLED support and comes with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 for clear vision.

• It has a rear camera of 16-megapixel with LED flash and other features and also comes with a selfie clicker of 8-megapixel .

Connectivity and Convenience:

The Samsung Mobile offers great connectivity features which include blazing fast 4G connectivity for high speed internet, compatibility with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, supports WiFi Direct, NFC, GPS and micro-USB 2.0. It has many convenience features like multiple sensors like accelerometer, proximity and is integrated with highly secured fingerprint sensor on home button. It has exclusive features of Always-On Display and fingerprint sensor with Samsung Pay support. It is packed with a battery of 3300mAh for longer talktime.

Conclusion:

It is a successor of the previously launched Galaxy A8 that was launched in 2015 but definitely strikes out with better features. The previous version had 3050mAh battery but the current version has 3300mAh battery. It has currently launched the phone only for South Korean market which also happens to be the home for Samsung and the radiant and stylish blue coloured phone will only be sold currently through SK Telecom. The Samsung is yet to disclose any further launch dates and what is their next target country for launch. This phone is to start its pre-orders from 1st October.
