ZenFone 3 Range smartphones now available with VoLTE support via OTA update

On Friday, Asus has made a big announcement in which it said that the firm is rolling out VoLTE Support to ZenFone 3 Range and few more Smartphones by providing a Software Update in these Smartphones. Recently Asus has also launched a new Smartphone (ZenFone 3S Max). All about the latest system update and the new launched Asus Smartphone is described in the sections below.

List of Smartphones for which this new Update is Available :

The latest OTA update that will give VoLTE support to the Smartphone is available for various Asus Smartphones. The list of latest OTA update supported Smartphones has Asus ZenFone 3S Max 5.2, Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe, Asus ZenFone 3 5.2, Asus ZenFone 3 Max 5.5, Asus ZenFone 3 5.5, Asus ZenFone 3 Max 5.2 and Asus ZenFone 3 Laser. Apart from these ZenFone 3 Series Smartphones, Asus has also rolled out VoLTE Support for some more selected Smartphones such as Asus ZenFone Max, Asus ZenFone 2 Laser and Asus ZenFone Go 5.0 LTE. The firm has also announced that VoLTE support will also be added to the ZenFone 3 Ultra (ZU680KL) very soon while it will be added to ZenFone Selfie (ZD551KL) in the upcoming weeks.

How To Check and Install This Update ?

All Asus Smartphone Users who want to install this new Update from the Taiwanese Company can check the availability of update by visiting Settings -> About -> System Updates. If the update is available for the device, the user will see the available update and then the user just have to click “Install Update” to install this new OTA update in the Asus Device. The installation of this new Update is very simple. This new update in Asus Devices confirms that all these devices will now be ready to work with Service Provider’s VoLTE (Voice Over LTE) services.
