Xiaomi Mi Note 2, Mi MIX smartphones might not be coming to India in Future

Xiaomi is Chinese Smartphone manufacturer and Mi Note 2, MIX is two most speculated phones but there is some bad news for Indian markets. There is some disappointing new for customers in India waiting for the phones as the company currently has no plans of launching the new phone in India. Xiaomi confirmed the news to Gadget 360 about now launching the phone in India as of now.

Feature Highlights of phone

• The xiaomi phones are powered by Android 6.0 Marshmallow for smooth operation. Xiaomi Mi Note 2 runs on 2.35GHz Quad Core Snapdragon 821 performance edition SoC processor for better performance and Xiaomi Mi MIX runs on 2.35 Ghz Quad Core snapdragon 821 Soc.

• Xiaomi Mi Note 2 sports full HD display screen of 5.7 inch with Oled dual curved display and has a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. Mi MIX has a 6.4 inch bezel less display along with 91.3% percent screen-to-body ratio.

• Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has a rear camera of 22.5-megapixel with Sony IMX318 Exmor RS Sensor with 8-megapixel front camera with Sony IMX268 Exmor RS sensor. Xiaomi Mi MIX has rear camera of 16MP and front camera of 5-megapixel.

• Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has two variants in case of memory with 4GBRAM/64GB ROM and 6GBRAM/128GB ROM. Xiaomi Mi MIX comes with 4GB/6GB RAM with 128GB ROM/256GB ROM.

Other features and connectivity

Both the phones are supported by 4G VoLTE connectivity and is backed by Wi-Fi 802.11 ac for instant internet speed. It comes with GPS/A-GPS, NFC compatibility and bluetooth for instant data transfer. Xiaomi MI MIX was backed by 4400mAh battery along with Quick Charge 3.0 and Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has a 4070 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging technology. Both the phone comes with fingerprint sensor on home button. Xiaomi MI MIX has ceramic body with piezoelectric acoustic ceramic speaker.

Conclusion

Mi MIX is sold in limited number in China and there are many exclusive features. Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has acoustic audio processor with 192kHz/24-bit Hi-Fi sound quality. Xiaomi has usually delayed in launching some of the most powerful phones in Indian market like Mi Note, Mi 5 and Mi Note Pro. The launch of Mi 5s and Mi 5s Plus which was unveiled in India in September had no official announcement before it.
