Galaxy S7 Active Is Now Completely Water Resistant After The Fixes : The Company Claims

The South Korean Tech Giant “Samsung” always offers high quality products such as Samsung Phones, Samsung Tablets, Samsung Laptops etc. Samsung Recently launched a new Smart Phone known as “Samsung Galaxy S7 Active” with water resistant capacity. Samsung Claimed, that the device can survive for 30 minutes under 5 ft deep water (was not completely true according to Consumer Reports).

• Company says that investigation and fixes are made on Samsung Galaxy S7 Active Water Resistant Capacity.
• The Investigation says that faulty devices are very few in number.
• Company also announced that the faulty devices will be replaced on customer requests.

Earlier in this Month a report from Consumer Reports (US Based Non Profit Firm) said the device cannot survive under water and it is not completely water resistant. Samsung also said that they have got complaints and they are investigation is going on to fix this. For Testing, The Device was set about 5 ft deep in a water tank for 30 minutes. When the Phone was taken out it was damaged in terms of Screen and Cameras and it was not working properly after the test.

After this Consumer Report, Complaints, Investigations and Fixes, Samsung has announced that the problem is fixed by the experts and Samsung Galaxy S7 Active is fully water resistant now. Company claims that number of faulty devices was very low and all those will be replaced on customer’s request although the company not announced the exact number of faulty devices. Samsung also claimed that the response time is very quick as the firm has fixed all the problems just after one week of the Consumer Report.

Earlier Consumer Report also said that apart from the water resistant capacity the device is good on other things as it has Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Processor, 4 GB RAM, 32 GB Built-in Memory, 12 MP Rear Camera, 5 MP Front Camera, 5.5 Inch Super AMOLED Display Screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 Protection and all other standard Connectivity as well as Entertainment Features.

Reviews from customers also suggests that the Smart Phone is a decent one in its price range and now if the claims of Samsung are true (The Device is capable of Dust & Water Resistance) then it is really an amazing product from Samsung.
