World’s Smallest 4G Android 7.0 Nougat Smartphone “Jelly” Launched

The Shanghai firm Unihertz has launched a “Mini-Smartphone” or “Coin Pocket-Sized” Smartphone in Pearl White, Sky Blue and Space Black Color Variants. The Smartphone is highlighted as the “Smallest 4G Android 7.0 Nougat Smartphone of the World.” The Smartphone is very small in size and it can easily fit into the Coin Pocket of Bag or the Front Pocket of Shirt. Specifications of the Unihertz Jelly Smartphone :

The Smartphone features a 2.45-inch TFT LCD Display Screen with 240 x 432 Pixels Resolution and 201 ppi Pixel Density. Powered by a 1.1 GHz Quad Core Processor, the Smartphone is available in two RAM + Internal Storage (1 GB + 8 GB and 2 GB + 16 GB) Variants. The device also supports up to 32 GB expandable Internal Storage. The Device runs Android 7.0 Nougat OS. On the optics front, it has an 8 megapixel Rear Camera and a 2 megapixel Front Camera. The Smartphone supports Dual 4G SIM in the US (on AT&T and T-Mobile Networks). Other features of the Jelly Smartphone are 950 mAh Battery, GPS, Bluetooth, Wifi, Gyroscope, G-Sensor and Compass. Price and Availability of the Unihertz Jelly Smartphone :

The 1 GB RAM + 8 GB Internal Storage model of the device is priced at $109 (Around Rs 6,900) while the 2 GB RAM + 16 GB Internal Storage model is priced at $125 (Around Rs 8,000). The Jelly Smartphone is priced at $59 (Around Rs 3,800) and the Jelly Pro Smartphone is priced at $75 (Around Rs 4,800), on KickStarter. It is expected that the “Palm-Sized” Android 7.0 Nougat Smartphone will be shipped sometime in the August by the firm.

While other firms are heading to Big Screen Smartphones, Unihertz has changed its direction to the opposite side by the launch of Jelly Smartphone. The price and the highlight of the Smartphone allows everyone to enjoy the latest at a budget price.
