Technology is progressing and advancing with time and as there are new gadgets pipelined for launch, the information is pre-leaked from some or other source. No one is ready to wait for the official launch but gets a sneak peak at what the product is going to be like. The latest to join the league of specification leak is Blackberry DTEK60 and its specifications were listed on the official website itself. There are many insights we got to know after reading the specifications listed on the company’s website. Blackberry has already launched its second Android Powered phone in July and is progressing on developing better phones with Android platform.

Highlights of features:

• It is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 820 SoC processor for its superior performance along with inbuilt memory of 4GB RAM.

• The display is expected to be around 5.5 inch and sport a Quad HD and resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels for great clarity.

• It is also expected to feature a rear camera of 21-megapixel with autofocus along with a front camera of 8-megapixel that comes with a fixed focus.

• The Blackberry phone is to supported by a battery of 3000mAh for giving bigger talktime.

Although it was noted that the specifications of the new phone to be launched by Blackberry was published or listed by mistake in the website of the company but details of the phones was taken from a website called “donotpublish” as reported by CrackBerry. The webpage had listed some of the features of DTEK60 smartphone but right now the information has been taken down by the company. As per the specifications listed it is also expected to feature a fingerprint scanner on the home button and a convenience key.

Blackberry has jumped into manufacturing phones with Android OS and DTEK60 is expected to be the third phone from Blackberry to be powered by Android. This July Blackberry has already launched its 2nd smartphone to be powered by Android with launch of DTEK50. The phone is claimed to be very smart and secured and also alerts users if someone is trying to locate the phone’s location or using its camera or microphone remotely. Crackberry did not comment much on the specifications but said the fingerprint scanner for DTEK60 might be larger and better than its previous launch.
