Samsung Galaxy S4 Review
Samsung released the Galaxy S4 only to dominate the market of smartphones. Samsung Galaxy S4 might have a look of a toy due to its plastic body, but looks can often be deceiving. The phone deserves to be called a super phone instead of a smartphone because of its amazing functioning quad-core processor, 5 inch high definition screen and a sharp 13 megapixel camera.
Galaxy S4 Design and Quality
All phones in the Galaxy S series are made of plastic. Despite the high price the phone fails to have a premium look like some of its rivals such as HTC One. What Samsung Galaxy S4 lacks in build quality, it makes up for it in the hardware.
Galaxy S4 has a better built quality when compared to its ancestor Samsung Galaxy S3. S4 weighs less than S3 and it also is around 0.7mm thinner. Galaxy S4 features a 5 inch high definition display screen that has a 441ppi which on paper is better than the latest iPhone. Perhaps the best thing about the screen of Galaxy S4 is that it has a Gorilla Glass 3 that is not only thinner but is also quite strong and protects the screen from damages.
Software
Samsung Galaxy S4 comes with Android 4.2.2 and adopts the Touch Wiz Interface like other Samsung phones. This interface is getting a bit stale as of recently since rivals such as HTC One have adopted a fresh interface. Despite the old interface, Samsung’s interface is aimed at empowering the user by adding further customized features.
Galaxy S4 Features
Samsung Galaxy S4 supports 4G LTE and it also comes with NFC and S-Beam. You can use your Galaxy S4 as a mobile hotspot and support around 10 devices at a time. It has Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11.
Samsung Galaxy S4 Gestures and Apps
There is an eye tracking installed in Galaxy S4 that determines the movement of your eyes and find out where you are gazing on the phone. This even allows you to scroll up or down while browsing just by looking upwards or downwards, which is impressive. This always works while viewing videos. If you look away from the phone the video will automatically pause, and start playing when you look at it again.
S4 also comes with TV control and it can work as a TV remote.You can also turn on the multi window function to multitask by having split screens.
Samsung Galaxy S4 Performance
Samsung Galaxy S4 comes packed with 1.9GHz quad-core processor that is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor. The phone is perfect for gaming and can handle high graphic apps with ease. Galaxy S4 also comes with a 2600mAh battery and it may last a day on moderate use. S4 comes in three variants: 16GB, 32GB and 64GB.
Verdict
There is no doubt over the powerhouse phone Samsung has released. It is definitely one of the heavyweights in the market. If you love paying money for a premium phones that comes with an interface that is highly customizable, powerful camera and a processor, then by all means go for S4. But if you are looking for a budget phone with a pure Android experience then Galaxy S4 might not be an ideal choice.

This is the 5th Galaxy S4 I have bought and I’ve been a true Galaxy S4 believer for over since they first came out with the Galaxy S4 its been one of the top of the line androids I’ve ever owned I’ve had a iPhone 4&5 and I didn’t care for them as much as my Galaxy so IPhone you lost on my liking Android was here first you say your phones codes can’t be broken butt it’s been proven that the only thing iPhone buyers think they are better but your phone isn’t half what my Galaxy does.
