Features and Specifications

The size of its screen is 7-inch having resolution of 1024x600p while the type of the screen is HQ Capacitive Multi-touch. The RAM is 1GB while the built-in internal memory is 4GB which can be expanded up to 32GB through microSD card. The back camera here is of 5MP and the front camera is 0.3MP. Quite plenty of connectivity features are provided in it such as 2G/3G, Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi, microUSB and Edge. The OS in this tablet is Android v4.1 Jelly Beans and the processor is 1GHz dual-core while the battery is 3000mAh Li-ion.

Design and Quality

The weight of this device is 267g. The device is having 7inch large capacitive touchscreen having resolution similar to that of iBall Slide 3G. The display of the screen is quite bright and is actually based on One Glass Solution Technology though having limited viewing angles. The display is very glossy and is prone to fingerprints. There are huge bezels all around the screen which makes it look much bigger. The earpiece in this device is at the top of the device but this device doesn’t have the ambient and proximity sensors. On-screen buttons are available there and this is quite good. A tiny microphone is present towards the corner which can hardly be seen due to having black bezels. 3.5mm headset jack and microUSB port are also available on top. The power button and the volume rocker are present on right hand side along with a RESET button. On all the sides, there is mate plastic which is quite smooth and doesn’t attract any smudges or fingerprints. The thickness of this tablet is 9.6mm. The back of the device has the metallic finish mainly in center while towards the top as well as bottom, it has plastic finish. The plastic part on both the bottom and top are raised little as compared to the central portion. The top plastic cover can be removed where all the slots can be found like microSD card slot and two SIM card slots.

OS and Tech

OS here is Android v4.1 Jelly Beans along with having phone UI which cannot be observed in most of the tablets. The RAM and the good processor gives god boost to the OS and there is quite smooth performance of it and quick multitasking has been observed with lesser lags.

Camera and Multimedia

5MP camera is quite smart in this tablet and the performance of the back camera is not bad. The quality of the images generated by this camera is quite decent though not very good. There is though little noise observed in the images. The videos recorded by this camera are also very decent along with good sound quality. The front camera works nice for the selfies and the video conferencing but lots of grins and noise is observed in them.

Battery and Memory

3000mAh battery can easily last for whole day despite of the fact that it can support 3G as well as dual SIMs. For heavy users, this battery will than last for half day. Battery life is very decent here but it doesn’t have any power saving capability in its screen. The 1GB RAM is not bad but the internal storage is limited which is given support by making it expanded up to 32GB using the microSD card.

Verdict

The build and design of this tablet is quite nice looking at the price for which it has been offered in the markets. It gives good performance having 3G connectivity and dual SIMs options. Though, the display is not pleasing enough. There are other competing devices also available in market like iBall Slide 3G.
