HTC U11 “Squeezable Smartphone” Launched at Rs 51,990 in India

HTC U11, The Smartphone which was unveiled globally a month ago, has now launched in India, Pre-orders for the Smartphone started from 17 June. The Customers who avails Pre-order via HTC’s Online Store will get HTC Flip Cover (worth Rs 1999) free with the device. Design, Price and Availability of HTC U11 Smartphone :

The Smartphone has 153.9 x 75.9 x 7.9 mm Dimensions and 169 grams Weight. The device will be availed in Silver & Brilliant Black Colors in India. It has some difference in design if compared with the previous flagships. The Smartphone has a Metal & Glass Body with a Glossy Back Panel. HTC has also introduced “Edge Sense” (Launches Camera and Send Texts by Squeezing) in this Smartphone.

Apart from Camera Launch and Text Sending, user can also customize the Edge Sense to launch the Selected Apps and user can also use a “Short Squeeze” and “Squeeze & Hold” (for more Functions by Activation of Advanced Touch Mode. HTC has ditched the 3.5 mm Audio Jack in this Smartphone but will offer a 3.5 mm Audio Jack to USB Type-C Adapter along with the device. The HTC U11 is priced at Rs 51,990 in India and it will be available via Amazon India & Offline Retail Stores from the last week of June.

The HTC U11 runs Android 7.1 Nougat OS with HTC Sense Skin on Top. The device features a 5.5 inch Quad HD Super LCD Display Screen with 1440 x 2560 Pixels Resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection. Powered by a 2.45 GHz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC, it has 6 GB RAM + 128 GB Internal Storage (expandable up to 2 TB).
